Our servers may also log IP address and user agent information, together with timestamps, in connection with license activations, validations, and trials.

When Ortix checks for updates, it sends limited technical information—such as the current app version, build number, operating system version, platform, and whether the check was user-initiated—so we can determine if a compatible update is available and operate our update systems. These licensing and update processes do not collect or inspect the contents of the websites you visit in Ortix; they are focused on validating your license, enforcing trial limits, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, and ensuring you receive the correct software updates.
